  • Helpless and without dependence.
  • Without maintenance obligors.
  • Without the living skill.
Children and teenagers whose families are dysfunctional as follows:
  • The family is in trouble and can’t provide a stable life.
  • Helpless and without dependence.
  • Protective cases such as victims of DV, sexual assault or in a high risk situation.
  • Parents are in jail.
  • Parents are suffering from mental illness or other major injuries.
  • Children and teenagers have upbringing problems or often run away.
